Cafe Vera Spareparts is a growing company in the automotive spare parts industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Learning Development to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about continuous learning and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development team in creating and implementing training programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials.,Support the Learning and Development team in organizing and conducting training sessions.,Coordinate with various departments to gather information and feedback for training programs.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Maintain and update training records and databases.,Support the Learning and Development team in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with learning and development best practices and methodologies.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
