📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and prepare traditional Chinese and Indonesian dishes using high-quality ingredients.
Develop and maintain menus that highlight both Chinese and Indonesian culinary traditions.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food presentation and service.
Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to enhance the dining experience.
Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.
Train and mentor junior staff to uphold quality and service standards.
Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by providing exceptional culinary leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef in a high-end restaurant or similar role.
Proven expertise in both Chinese and Indonesian cuisines.
Certification in culinary arts or related field is a plus.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Familiarity with kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or similar.
