Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing leadership and training to ensure they are motivated and productive.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Monitor inventory levels and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in franchise meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Domino's brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent role in the food service industry, preferably in a fast-casual or pizza setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and franchisees.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Experience in marketing and sales, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
