📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized outlet environment.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Stock and manage inventory to ensure product availability.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.,Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
