📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and industry best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
