📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales software.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.
