📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates through various channels.,Providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations.,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.,Tracking recruitment metrics and providing reports to management.,Building and maintaining relationships with external recruiters and agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
