📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide input on recruitment processes.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
