📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Interviewing candidates and evaluating their fit for the role and our company culture.,Collaborating with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide recommendations.,Maintaining a strong candidate database and tracking the recruitment process.,Providing feedback to candidates and assisting them throughout the hiring process.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding employment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the electronics or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
