📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform complex biochemical analyses on clinical samples to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of laboratory results, including reporting and interpretation.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.,Supervise and mentor junior laboratory staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services into patient care.,Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as hospital policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with a focus on biochemistry.,Professional certification from a recognized body, such as the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or the National Accreditation Board for Testing Laboratories (NABL).,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
