📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring efficient production schedules and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor production quality and safety.
• Prepare and present operational reports to the factory manager and senior management.
• Facilitate communication between the factory and international partners and suppliers, leveraging Mandarin proficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures, including ISO standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory and procurement processes to ensure optimal stock levels and timely delivery of materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of quality control and safety standards, including ISO.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
