📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure the company's growth and success.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including financial management, human resources, and customer service.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Represent the company in various professional and networking events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of driving business performance and achieving targets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial and management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
