📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee product security and C-TPAT processes to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities to senior management.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with labor and social standards.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• Ensure all products meet safety and quality standards before shipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, product security, or a related field.
• Certification in C-TPAT or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international labor and social compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
