📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.,Create and deliver training materials and sessions to support the company's learning objectives.,Assist in the design and facilitation of workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the successful execution of projects.,Provide support and guidance to employees on learning and development opportunities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs for diverse audiences.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
