📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize our online store across multiple marketplace platforms including Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Ensure accurate and timely product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms like Shopee Seller Center and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Certification in Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite is a plus.
