📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, discipline, and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR strategies to support business goals.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to support HR initiatives.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
