Sehati Bimo Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the restaurant meets the needs of all stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and culture is a plus.
