📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event planners.,Manage guest lists, reservations, and confirmations.,Prepare and present event menus, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and dietary restrictions.,Set up and decorate banquet venues according to the event theme and client specifications.,Assist in the execution of events, including managing event timelines and coordinating with service staff.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met.,Maintain accurate records of event details and client information.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up with clients after the event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is an advantage.,Proficient in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
