📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Supervise and mentor junior nurses, providing guidance and support for their professional development.,Ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment, and maintain proper inventory.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.,Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the medical team.,Ensure a clean and organized nursing unit, adhering to infection control and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced nursing practice (e.g., ANP, CNS) is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including SOP Kemenkes.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
