Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Coordinate recruitment activities with internal teams and external partners.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or garment industry.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
