In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs to help our employees grow and develop. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address those needs.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that learning programs are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
