📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement port operational strategies to enhance efficiency and safety
- Coordinate with port authorities, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to optimize logistics and reduce costs
- Monitor and report on port performance metrics using advanced port management systems
- Ensure compliance with international and national maritime regulations and standards
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for port operations
- Provide expert advice on port development projects and infrastructure upgrades
- Represent Pelabuhan Nusantara Indonesia at industry conferences and events
- Mentor and train junior staff in port management and logistics
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in maritime logistics, port management, or a related field
- Certification in Port Management or a related field (e.g., APICS, CIPM, or APM)
- Proven experience with port management software such as Navis N4 or SAP
- Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and ethical conduct, with a commitment to sustainability and safety
