In this role, you’ll handle all aspects of guest reservations, from initial inquiries to post-stay follow-ups. You’ll work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that every guest’s needs are met with the highest level of service. With a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction, you’ll be using our in-house reservation system, ResExpert, to manage bookings and ensure seamless operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process guest reservations using ResExpert and other relevant reservation systems.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in both Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Handle inquiries, confirmations, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Monitor and update reservation statuses, tracking guest preferences and special requests.
• Assist in creating and maintaining guest profiles and reservation records.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns and feedback promptly.
• Stay updated on resort policies, procedures, and promotional offers to enhance guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in a hospitality or reservation role, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with reservation systems such as ResExpert or similar platforms.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid SIM card and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for luxury travel and a passion for hospitality.
