📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Cultivate and maintain organic farms, focusing on sustainable and eco-friendly practices.
• Implement and monitor organic farming techniques, including crop rotation, composting, and natural pest control.
• Ensure compliance with organic certification standards, such as those set by the Indonesian Organic Farming Association (IOFA).
• Monitor soil health, water usage, and overall farm productivity to optimize yields.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative farming solutions.
• Participate in farm visits and community outreach programs to promote sustainable agriculture.
• Maintain detailed records of farming activities, including crop health, pest control measures, and harvest data.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in organic farming through continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in organic farming or related agricultural fields.
• Strong understanding of organic farming principles and practices.
• Familiarity with organic certification standards, such as those set by the Indonesian Organic Farming Association (IOFA).
• Knowledge of sustainable agriculture techniques and technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with using farming software and tools, such as FarmLogs or similar.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for farm visits and community outreach.
