📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from vendor selection to contract execution.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records and reports.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Participate in tender evaluations and negotiations with suppliers.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian business culture and regulations is a plus.
