📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels.,Ensure compliance with all local and international employment laws and regulations.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.,Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
