Bahagia Indra Sembako is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects,Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, ASTD) is a plus
