📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive SHE programs and policies.,Conduct regular SHE audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.,Provide training and education to employees on SHE best practices.,Monitor and report on SHE performance metrics and trends.,Investigate and respond to SHE incidents and near-misses.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SHE compliance.,Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SHE coordination or a related role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of improving SHE performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
