📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and contribute to overall company growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Identify and address customer needs and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of banking or financial services industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
