📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of students.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.,Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and critical thinking.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the teaching and learning experience.,Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the overall success and well-being of students.,Participate in school-wide initiatives, events, and activities to contribute to the school community.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant setting.,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.,Passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or license, if required.
