Ensuring that the team meets its targets and deadlines

Ensuring that the team adheres to company policies and procedures

Ensuring that the team is safe and secure

Ensuring that the team is well-trained and up-to-date with the latest industry trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Ability to work well as part of a team

Ability to work well independently
