📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Identify and qualify potential leads, and schedule appointments with interested customers.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities.,Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.,Collaborate with the sales team to support and assist with customer accounts and sales activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance goals.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
