📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement customized hydrotherapy programs for clients with diverse medical conditions, utilizing tools like hydrotherapy tables, flotation tanks, and aquatic exercise equipment.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, documenting all sessions in our electronic health records system.
• Educate clients on proper technique and safety protocols, fostering a safe and effective hydrotherapy experience.
• Collaborate with our team of physiotherapists, nutritionists, and wellness coaches to develop integrated wellness plans.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in hydrotherapy through continuous professional development and participation in workshops.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
• Provide on-site support to clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their hydrotherapy sessions.
• Assist in the organization of wellness retreats and workshops, contributing to the center’s reputation as a leader in holistic healing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
• Licensed as an Aquatic Therapist in Indonesia, with at least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid, as well as proficiency in using hydrotherapy equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team, preferably in a wellness or rehabilitation center.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Passion for holistic healing and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to travel to various locations in Bali as needed.
