• Manage and optimize container stacking to maximize storage space and efficiency.
• Oversee yard operations, including container movement, storage, and retrieval.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Use TOS (Terminal Operating System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) to manage container movements and track inventory.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or conflicts related to container management.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Report on depot operations and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Work with a diverse range of containers, including standard and specialized types.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in container depot operations, preferably in stacking and yard management.
• Familiarity with TOS (Terminal Operating System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in container management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid SIM A license is a must.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
