📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement port operational strategies to enhance efficiency and safety
• Coordinate with port authorities, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to optimize logistics and reduce costs
• Monitor and report on port performance metrics using advanced port management systems
• Ensure compliance with international and national maritime regulations and standards
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for port operations
• Provide expert advice on port development projects and infrastructure upgrades
• Represent Pelabuhan Nusantara Indonesia at industry conferences and events
• Mentor and train junior staff in port management and logistics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in maritime logistics, port management, or a related field
• Certification in Port Management or a related field (e.g., APICS, CIPM, or APM)
• Proven experience with port management software such as Navis N4 or SAP
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and ethical conduct, with a commitment to sustainability and safety
