📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and orientation.
- Process payroll using Paycor, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in the development and delivery of employee training programs.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases using BambooHR.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
- Stay updated on HR laws and regulations, and ensure compliance within the company.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR software, including SAP, BambooHR, and Paycor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
