In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with managers and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment. This is a full-time position based in Bali, with a competitive salary of IDR 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting job analysis and preparing job descriptions and specifications.
• Recruiting and selecting candidates for various positions using various tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards.
• Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
• Assisting with employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Providing HR support to managers and employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
