📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure all villas are clean, well-stocked, and ready for guest arrivals.
• Coordinate with housekeeping teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain villa inventory, including linens, toiletries, and amenities.
