📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers to ensure they meet production targets and quality standards.
• Conduct process audits and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging processes.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to drive innovation in packaging solutions.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and machinery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with a focus on packaging solutions.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO, FDA, and other relevant certifications.
