In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, order processing, and quality assurance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and order processing.
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution of fashion products using WMS and RFID tracking systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement storage and retrieval strategies.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
• Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proven experience with WMS and RFID tracking systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and control processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures.
• Certification in Warehouse Management or a related field is a plus.
